Your First Dental Visit
When you arrive, our dental office staff will offer a warm greeting and gather any paperwork you have for us. Our hygienist will escort you to the treatment area and introduce you to Dr. Reintjes. Initially, we will take X-rays, intraoral photos, and a blood pressure reading. During an exam, our team will perform an oral cancer screening, a periodontal analysis, a full-mouth evaluation, and a thorough cleaning. Dr. Reintjes will explain his findings and discuss a treatment course with you. He’ll answer all of your questions and work with you to design a plan that suits your unique goals and lifestyle.
New Patient Forms
We want to make your first visit as easy and convenient as possible. Once your first appointment is scheduled, your patient forms will be sent directly to you, giving you the option to complete them ahead of time from the comfort of home. Filling out your forms in advance can help save time when you arrive and allow you to get settled in for your visit with Dr. Reintjes.
